FreedomRocks' Founder and President, Mark Vincellette, developed the original FreedomRocks formula to trade stocks and mutual funds in the 1980’s. He traded his personal portfolio part-time while pursuing a career as an IT professional and management consultant.

In 2001, he laid the groundwork for what would become the FreedomRocks enterprise. The program initially launched on July 1 st, 2002.

In 2004, he began the modifications necessary to adapt the trading system for use in the Forex market.


On January1, 2005, the company was incorporated (FreedomRocks Inc.).


Initially, FreedomRocks marketed a stock market / mutual fund trading system which was replaced on November 1, 2005 with the Wealth Builder (FOREX) program that's now in use.
